LET HAVE A BALANCED DIET
An active and dynamic life, changing rhythms, stress, pollution and environmental aggressors are some of the factors that can give negative effect for our health. By being faced by this kind of situation, we are persuaded to give more attention to anything that comes in into our body, especially food. It is because foods take an important role in helping the people to survive in this condition. Nevertheless, not all kind of foods are helpful some of them even dangerous. Therefore that is why we have to pick some of good foods to create a balanced diet. A balanced diet is the way out that makes us stay alive in this horrible situation. There are several reasons why we need a balanced diet.
First reason is that by having a balanced diet we can keep our body healthy. Why I say so, it because a balanced diet contains equal proportion of carbohydrate, vitamins, minerals, and protein. In which those element are really important for our body metabolism. By having enough proportion of each element, we can keep our body healthy. Therefore, do not ever think about eating fast food since it is not categorized as a balanced diet food. What you have to do is eating natural foods, avoid any food that contains artificial substance, and then please concern in amount of nutrition that you are going to eat. If we eat some nutrition more than needs of our body, it will become as ‘toxic’. It is just like when you eating too much meat, the remains of the fat will gain your weight. The concept here, please give attention of any food that come into your mouth.
Moreover, by having a balanced nutrition from balance diet we can improve our immune system to avoid illness. As have been said by many doctors it is good to prevent rather than to heal. Therefore, why we have to really concern about what we have eaten. That is why we need balanced diet foods. Those kind of foods will keep our metabolism in normal rhythm so that our body still healthy. Besides that by having a good health means that we can do many things that we want to do. Therefore, why we have to be sick, if we can prevent it just by eating balanced diet foods.
The third reason is that by having a balanced diet means that we keep much of our money. Just imagine which condition that needs much more money healthy or sick? Of course sick. When we are sick so many thing that we have to buy, medicine, doctor’s services, even hospital, or may be surgeon’s services. It is of course very expensive rather than when you are healthy you may only spend some money for foods. Therefore, if we only have to pay for balanced diet foods and we can be healthy, why not? Is there any better choice? Let starts from now to eat balanced diet foods.
All above we know that why we need those balance diet foods, why we have to consume it? It is because it makes us healthy of course, avoid illness, and of course keep our money. Moreover, it is a good habit to be performed. At least I just want to say that “ do not wait anymore let have a balanced diet”.
